so the past week or so, my life (Amanda) has been consumed by the last installment of HARRY POTTER. I started out reading it slowly because I couldn't cope with the idea that after I finished the book, Harry would be GONE! But then of course as I got farther and farther all I could do was read, read, READ! I think Chris felt a little neglected for a couple of days. But alas, I have completed the book, with bittersweet emotions. I guess all I have to look forward to know in the realm of Harry Potter is the movies.
But now back to my endless list of children's chapter books, I need to be on top of my game for when I am a teacher. (and secretly I like reading them more than "adult" books because the are SOOO much easier and quicker to read!)

Speaking of "non-adult" books, have you read the Twilight series yet? I think I already asked you, but I'm just excited for the 3rd sequel to come out in a few weeks...
I'm reading Harry Potter too! I have about 300 more pages. It is so good! Hard to find time to read with the little guy running around! Love you guys. Kristy
