ok for those of you who do not know Chris has participated in a wiffleball league the past few years in college. Now this is no little thing, its a very big deal...well at least to Chris. Almost every Saturday Chris makes his way over to a small patch of grass near the BYU tennis courts to play what he calls "wiffs" with some of his dearest friends. Anyway, the whole reason I bring this up is becuase last weekend they had their annual wiffle ball banquet (that tells you just how serious they are about it).
Here are some of the highlights:
- Chris wowed the group with a yuletide message, a poem about wiffle ball set to the "Night before Christmas".
- Chris and his fellow wifflers serenaded the "Comissioner" (yes once again they are that serious) with a little Boyz II Men. Chris added some great hand motions and all.
- BEST of all Chris won the League MVP golden wiffleball award (I mean with a .600 batting average you would assume he would win, I am so PROUD!)
- Also this was the first (and probably the only time) wives were invited to the banquet, wow I am SOOOO lucky, ha ha.

I thought I saw Chris' name on the Mitchell report. That MVP year is tainted! It's sad - wiffle ball was such a pure sport at one time.
Hey guys it's Wes. Kristy, how do you know anything about the mitchell report?
Tell me what you think!
