Where did September and October go?

So I have been a fairly bad blogger and haven't posted quite a few things... I sometimes find if I don't have pictures for the events I forget to blog about them... WHOOPS!

• So in September my Mom and Brother came down on his 12th birthday to celebrate "California-style". They flew in on a Friday night and we went out to dinner for Paydan's birthday and then headed to Scandia- a little family fun park. I got Paydan hooked on my favorite amusement ride- THE GRAVATRON, rode go-karts, and we played some putt-putt. Then on Saturday we woke up early and headed to the happiest place on earth- Disneyland to enjoy the day for Paydan's birthday. Luckily my dad was in San Diego for a church conference and was able to join us part way through our day at Disneyland. After Church and Dinner on Sunday they left. It was great to have visitors!!!
  

• Chris and I also celebrated both of our birthdays in September (our 25th and 28th). We got to celebrate with some great dinner's out together and with family.
  

• I have been substituting almost every day and Chris continues to be busy with school- with a exam about every other week.
  

• I finished "Mockinjay" from the Hunger Game series (one of my birthday gifts from Chris)

• Enjoyed General Conference

So we have been busy... but with somewhat mundane things. We are ENJOYING life though and that's what matters!
