So let's just say we are slowly gathering up Christmas Decor as the years go by.. but it is still quite meager. Another reason we have limited stuff is because we (more like Chris) is particularly picky with what he will let put up.
But I am most proud of us finally moving up to a GROWN UP tree... no more tiny 3 footer! It may still be somewhat bare (but thank goodness for my mom sending me a whole bunch of ornaments right after Christmas last year) but we LOVE having a big tree. I get exited to come home and turn on the lights.
Now what did we do with the 3 footer... well I have decorated it with the hodge-podge of ornaments from Chris' childhood and other random ones- since I won't allow them on our real tree. That is one thing I put my foot down on. I like my Christmas tree to be uniform and with nice and matching ornaments. It probably is because that how it was growing up for me and then we had a little tree to put the funny ornaments on (like the FLINGER... remember that one Brandon?).
Anyway I also have never had my own wreath so I finally made one this year... I used my new Pom-pom maker which i LOVE!
I also made this tree out of a magazine. Maybe it needs a star or some glitter or something?

I love your tree! I have a grown up tree for the first time this year and am in love :) Its my first real tree too, so that was extra fun. My 13 inch baby tree lives on my bookcase now. Hope you are both enjoying the holiday!
